Each of our house plans is the result of hundreds of hours of work by our talented designer. These plans include everything you need for engineering your site and getting permits.
We’re proud to offer some of the most detailed and well-thought-out construction drawings around. Plus, our plans give you the flexibility to pick your own materials and finishes.
The cover sheet serves as a quick reference for your house plans. It includes fillable fields for property-specific information, important notes for your builder, and the applicable building code, based on the latest International Residential Code (IRC). You’ll also find all included plan sheets to keep everything organized from the start.
Our house plans provide flexible foundation choice including slab, crawlspace, or basement. Each foundation sheet includes essential dimensions, code notes, and detailed sections for your builder. Adaptable details allow your contractor to adjust finished floor elevations to suit your site’s specific grade.
The floor plan sheets are a key part of your construction set, laying out the overall structure and spatial organization of the home. They show detailed wall layouts, room arrangements, and key framing elements.
The dimension plans work hand-in-hand with the floor plans by providing detailed measurements to guide accurate construction, including room sizes, wall lengths, and placement of windows and doors. They also reference wall types and sections, helping ensure the structure is built correctly and efficiently.
The Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) shows your floor plan as seen from above, looking up at the ceiling. It highlights ceiling heights, soffits, coffers, and other architectural details. This sheet also serves as the electrical layout, indicating locations of light fixtures, outlets, switches, and other electrical elements. It’s an essential guide for coordinating both framing and electrical installation.
Elevation drawings show your home’s exterior from all four sides, including key dimensions, labeled windows and doors, and window grid layouts. They also reference important details for trim, masonry, and other finishes—giving builders a clear guide to the home’s exterior design.
The roof plan shows slopes, overhangs, dimensions, and assembly details for accurate framing. Section callouts and notes follow modern building standards. Supporting walls and columns are included to streamline layout. Designed for durability, our roof plans help minimize maintenance and reduce the risk of leaks.
